Meet Our Founder

Lucas Hutson was born and raised in Middle Tennessee, a sentence becoming rarer by the day.

He earned his Real Estate License in 2016 and went to work with one of the most successful and knowledgeable teams in the state. That opportunity allowed him to learn and experience more about real estate in a few months than most agents get in a year, for that he is eternally grateful.

In 2020 it was time for Lucas to strike out on his own. After a lot of thought and soul searching he decided to start his own real estate company. He had always liked the idea of starting his own business but needed more motivation than just dollars and cents. He wanted to create a new kind of business, a business that cared more about people than profit, that used their resources and experience to help others, and that clearly and unabashedly supported those in marginalized and disenfranchised communities.

In early 2020, Lucas went to work. He spent months working in quiet, considering every decision and the impact it would have on his agents, his clients, and the community. After a lot of planning and work Good Human Real Estate opened it’s doors on December 10th 2020. We are ready to go to work for our clients and anyone else that needs our help.
